Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) During Pregnancy: A Case of Gallstone Pancreatitis (GSP) During Pregnancy Managed by ERCP and Temporary Biliary Stent.
Abstract: This case report describes a case of gallstone pancreatitis (GSP) in a pregnant patient. The clinical diagnosis, management, and treatment of pregnancy complicated by GSP are discussed. The technique of therapeutic ERCP conducted during pregnancy are described in detailed and the published literature on this approach reviewed.
